What is the minimum for Calgary custom hat and toque embroidery?+

Calgary custom hat embroidery starts at 12 pieces, Full Colour DTF at 6, and patches with in-house sewing at 24. Turnaround is 7–10 business days after artwork approval.

What is the biggest embroidery size on a Calgary custom cap?+

Our Calgary cap embroidery fits about 4.5" wide × 2.25" tall on the front centre of most caps. 3D puff embroidery is also available for bold lettering — popular on trucker and snapback styles.

How do leather and PVC patches work on Calgary custom toques and hats?+

We laser-engrave leather or mould custom-shape PVC rubber patches, then heat-press or sew them on in-house at our Calgary shop. Toques typically get sewn patches for durability; caps can be heat-pressed or sewn.
