Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders (2–3 business days) are available for an additional fee. Contact us to discuss your timeline and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes! Our in-house art team can help create or refine your design. Basic art setup is included with your order. Custom logo creation and complex design work may have an additional fee — we'll let you know upfront.

What's the difference between DTG and DTF printing?

DTG (Direct-to-Garment) prints directly onto the fabric using water-based inks — best for cotton garments. DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints onto a film that is heat-transferred — works on almost any fabric type including polyester and blends. Both produce full-colour, photo-quality results with no minimums.
